Cathedral Caverns

   Cathedral Caverns, in Marshall County, is one of the numerous caves cut in the three valleys of the Cumberland Plateau. The caves form where water attacks the Mississippian limestones along the valleys walls. Common cave landforms such as stalagmites, flowstones and drapes occur in the caverns.
